Residential Home Health is committed to providing its patients, employees and stakeholders with the highest levels of business ethics, accountability and compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
Residential Home Health has implemented a Corporate Compliance Program that follows the Office of the Inspector General’s Compliance Program Guidance for Home Health Agencies. In addition, Residential Home Health follows compliance recommendations developed by its accreditation agency, Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and other compliance best practice organizations.
Residential Home Health maintains a confidential compliance hotline that can be accessed by any Residential staff member, Residential patient and/or family member, other healthcare professionals and the community at large. No retaliation is taken against anyone who contacts the company with a compliance issue, concern or question.

Notice of Privacy Practices
Residential Home Health values the privacy of medical information and the protection of patient privacy is an essential component of Residential’s vision to be the home care company of choice for patients and providers. Annually every Residential Home Health team member receives training regarding patient privacy and is required to pass tests on HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and PHI (Private Health Information.)
