Customer Satisfaction Results

Residential Home Health asks every patient to complete a
five-question survey upon discharge, in order to measure their level of satisfaction with our service.

The responses are reviewed daily to determine how individual clinical staff are performing and how we can continue to refine our processes in delivering world-class homecare. The chart below summarizes our patient satisfaction results from 2008 through July of 2009, with a scale from 1 (very dissatisfied) to 5 (very satisfied).
